• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field
• 1 year of experience in data encoding, reporting, or MIS-related functions is an advantage
• Experience in retail or manufacturing is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of database systems or ERP systems is an advantage
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating company databases, reports, and information systems used in operations, sales, inventory, and production
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for management decision-making (e.g., sales, production output, inventory levels, and system data)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of encoded data across systems
• Support system users in troubleshooting basic system and data-related concerns
• Assist in monitoring data flow between departments (Production, Warehouse, Sales, Accounting, HR)
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, templates, and system processes
• Support system improvements, data cleaning, and process automation initiatives
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data at all times
