Job summary

The incumbent will monitor milling activities, check finished goods, and operate related machinery, with a preference for those with an engineering background and experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Background in engineering and related science courses.
• Knowledge of flour milling equipment operation and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate various types of machinery.
• Graduate in Engineering/Sci or related diploma.

Responsibilities

• Milling wheat from raw materials to finished product and related milling activities.
• Tempering/conditioning, storing, finished product checking and packing.
• Ensure compliance with PFMC quality, food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor milling operations and maintain equipment.
