MicroSourcing, a leading offshore services provider in the Philippines, is hiring an Accounting Specialist (Payroll) for remote night-shift work. You will execute end-to-end payroll cycles for client accounts and ensure accurate data processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with Federal Order milk payment process and pricing formulas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and a high-speed 10-key (10,000 KPH or higher).
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and regulatory requirements related to Federal Order milk pricing.
• Meticulous data audits, traceability, and accuracy in complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Producer Payroll cycles for client accounts accurately and on schedule.
• Import, match, and reconcile weights and lab testing data from external laboratories.
• Data entry of manifests and validation using high-speed 10-key processing.
• Validate payments against Federal Order regulations, formulas, pricing, labs, and weights.
• Balance payroll processes and maintain complete audit-ready records.
• Serve as main communication lead for Field Reps, Lab Technicians, Client Payroll Managers, and administrators.

Your Role

As an Accounting Specialist (Payroll), you will:

• Execute end-to-end Producer Payroll cycles for client accounts accurately and on schedule


• Import, match, and reconcile milk/component weights and lab testing data from outside laboratories.


• Import manifests, perform data entry, and validate entries using high-speed alphanumeric 10-key processing.


• Validate payments against complex Federal Order regulations, checking formulas, component pricing, labs, and weights.


• Complete the balancing portion of the payroll process and maintain complete records for compliance and audit purposes.


• Serve as the main communication lead for Field Reps, Lab Technicians, Client Payroll Managers, and Federal Order Marketing Administrators.


• Troubleshoot payroll inaccuracies, resolve client disputes, and recommend workflow or system enhancements.


• Participate in software testing, product development specifications, and client account development activities.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• Federal Order Milk Payment Expertise: Minimum 3 years of direct experience or equivalent combination of education working within the Federal Order milk payment process and pricing formulas.


• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting.


• Advanced Excel & 10-Key Speed: Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and a high-speed alphanumeric 10-key speed of 10,000 KPH or higher.


• Regulatory & Accounting Competency: Deep understanding of mathematical formulas and general accounting concepts specific to the Federal Order milk marketing system.


• Precision & Data Integrity: Meticulous due diligence skills to audit, trace, and reconstruct complex agricultural payload and lab transactions.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Experience communicating directly with Federal Order Marketing Administrators during audits or regulatory reviews.


• Background participating in software Quality Assurance (QA) testing or defining technical software specifications.


• Proven experience managing client relationships and supporting pre-sales technical conversations in an agricultural technology environment.
