Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced UK Collections professional to join our Quezon City team onsite. You will handle delinquent UK accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

We value strong negotiation and communication skills, with 1 year UK Collections or US/AU Banking Collections experience. A 40,000 signing bonus is offered, along with opportunities to grow within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UK Collections experience or 1 year US/AU Banking Collections experience.
• Background in UK Collections (Telco, Banking, Mortgage, Healthcare, etc.) acceptable.
• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the collections lifecycle and handling UK customers.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, especially for vulnerable customers.
• Experience in setting up and managing payment arrangements.
• Excellent oral, written, and listening skills.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year UK Collections experience or 1 year US/AU Banking Collections experience (non-negotiable)

We can accept any background in UK Collections (Telco, Banking, Mortgage, Healthcare, etc.)

At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills

Solid understanding of the collections lifecycle and handling UK customers

Preferably with knowledge on Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, especially in handling vulnerable customers

Experience in setting up and managing payment arrangements
