Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x remote)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience in full-stack development with solid proficiency in Java/Kotlin Spring Boot and modern front-end technologies, including Angular, React, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of both graph databases (preferably Neo4j) and relational databases (preferably MySQL).
• Experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of cloud deployment concepts.
• Experience working in agile development environments with a focus on collaborative team dynamics.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with modern development tools including version control, build tools, and testing frameworks.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Full-stack Development
  o Develop and maintain applications across the entire technology stack, including back-end APIs and front-end interfaces
  o Implement database integrations with both graph databases and relational databases.
  o Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that effectively consume back-end API services.
  o Ensure seamless data flow and integration between front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• Back-end Development
  o Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin.
  o Develop efficient data access patterns and database integration logic
  o Implement RESTful APIs following best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
  o Participate in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues across the back-end stack.
• Collaborative Engineering & Growth
  o Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and other team members to deliver integrated solutions o Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and estimation.
  o Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve skills and code quality.
