• Working within Agile teams, the Business Analyst collaborates closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, support iterative delivery, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to product roadmaps and continuous product improvement.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to product roadmaps and continuous product improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
