Job summary

Offsure is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our team in Angeles, Philippines. You will analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and build dashboards to support decision-making.

Strong Excel skills and experience with international clients are required, with a bias toward accuracy and efficiency. You will work independently yet collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely reports, automate repetitive tasks, and continually enhance reporting processes for business

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
Experience working directly with international clients or in a BPO/shared services environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, advanced formulas and data manipulation, and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and initiative.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets and transform data into actionable business insights.
Create, maintain, and improve recurring and ad hoc reports.
Develop dashboards, performance metrics, and data visualizations.
Monitor trends, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations based on findings.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand reporting requirements.
Present findings and recommendations clearly.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiencies.
