ScalableOS invites experienced professionals to join as a Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (Tenant-to-Tenant Migration) to lead complex migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and related workloads. You will focus on tenant-to-tenant migrations, Quest-based tooling, and hybrid identity controls in a production setting.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Entra ID, Intune, and PowerShell automation, with a strong emphasis on migration planning, validation, and cutover execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Modern Work/Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration experience.
• Demonstrated migration experience across multiple Microsoft 365 workloads, including Entra-joined endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
• Develop pilot/testing plans, cutover plans, validation procedures, and rollback/remediation plans.
• Utilize Quest migration technologies and troubleshoot migration, synchronization, mapping, permission, and post-migration issues.
• Support hybrid identity and Entra ID environments; configure and troubleshoot Entra Connect Sync and MFA.

Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (Tenant-to-Tenant Migration) with a strong background in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, tenant consolidations, Quest migration technologies, hybrid identity, and broader Modern Work migration projects.

This role requires a hands-on migration engineer who has successfully planned and delivered Microsoft 365 migrations in production environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Microsoft Modern Work experience with significant practical experience involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, endpoints, and Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation.

For this requisition, tenant-to-tenant migration and Quest expertise should receive significantly greater screening weight than general Microsoft 365 administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations involving:

• Exchange Online

• Support migration activities involving Microsoft 365 workloads and identities.
  
• Troubleshoot migration, synchronization, mapping, permission, and post-migration issues.
  
• Support migration waves and production cutovers.
  
• Validate workloads following migrations and resolve migration-related issues.

Microsoft Modern Work & Hybrid Identity

• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
  
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access, authentication, and identity controls.
  
• Support hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot Entra Connect Sync.
  
• Support Exchange hybrid environments.
  
• Use PowerShell for migration automation, reporting, bulk configuration, and remediation.
  

Broader Modernization Projects

Participate in projects involving:

• Exchange Server to Exchange Online migration.
  
• Windows file shares to SharePoint Online.
  
• Personal drives to OneDrive.
  
• Active Directory identity synchronization and consolidation.
  
• Domain-joined to Entra-joined device migration.
  

KEY SKILLS

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft Modern Work/Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration experience.
• Demonstrated migration experience across multiple Microsoft 365 workloads, including:
• Entra-joined endpoints
• Strong Exchange Online and identity-migration knowledge.
• Active Directory and hybrid identity experience.
• Strong PowerShell capabilities.
