SUMMARY

We are seeking anexperienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (ACE Modern Work) specializing in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, security,Modern Work implementation, and advanced technical troubleshooting.

This is a hands-onengineering role focused on implementing, supporting, and optimizing ModernWork environments. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience beyondbasic M365 administration or service desk support and be capable ofindependently handling technical implementations, escalations, andmodernization projects.

The ideal candidatehas 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Modern Work experience, particularlyacross Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePointOnline, OneDrive, Windows Autopilot, Defender, and PowerShell.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Microsoft ModernWork Solutions

• Design, implement, configure, maintain,and troubleshoot Microsoft Modern Work solutions.
  
• Administer Exchange Online, MicrosoftTeams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID,including authentication, users, groups, Conditional Access, MFA, andidentity controls.
  
• Design and administer Microsoft Intune environments.

Advanced Support& Project Delivery

• Deliver Microsoft Modern Workimplementations and modernization projects.
  
• Provide advanced technical escalationsupport for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoints.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis.
  
• Develop permanent remediation forrecurring or complex technical issues.
  
• Review existing client environments andidentify opportunities to improve security, performance, manageability,and user experience.
  
• Develop technical documentation,configuration standards, implementation guides, and troubleshootingprocedures.
  
• Provide technical guidance to juniorengineers and support teams.
  

KEY SKILLS

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Modern Work experience.
• Strong production experience with:
• Conditional Access / MFA
• Strong Intune experience covering device enrollment, compliance, configuration, application deployment, endpoint security, and device management.
• Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory/Entra ID environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security technologies.
• Advanced troubleshooting and escalation experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MSP, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Microsoft Copilot implementation/readiness experience.
