Our Clients is seeking an experienced Microsoft Fabric Lead to provide technical leadership in designing, delivering, and evolving modern data and analytics platforms. You will guide architecture, governance, and delivery across data engineering, analytics, and BI teams to implement scalable, secure data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in data and analytics domains.
• 7–10+ years designing enterprise data platforms and architectures.
• Proven leadership for large-scale data initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
• Ability to translate data strategies into architectures and roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
• Define scalable data architecture patterns leveraging OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and related capabilities.
• Provide technical direction to data engineers, BI professionals, and delivery teams.
• Review solution designs for scalability, security, and governance.
• Translate requirements into practical technical architectures and roadmaps.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and analytics across batch, streaming, and real-time processing.
• Ensure Power BI semantic models and enterprise analytics meet business needs.
• Establish governance, metadata, lineage, and access controls across the platform.
• Drive platform operations, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for adoption and continuous improvement.
