Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in data/analytics or BI domains.
• 7–10+ years designing enterprise data platforms.
• Proven leadership for large-scale data initiatives.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and related data technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
• Define scalable data patterns leveraging Lakehouse, OneLake, and Power BI capabilities.
• Set standards, patterns, and governance for Fabric implementations.
• Provide direction to data engineers, BI professionals, and delivery teams.
• Review designs for scalability, security, and performance.
• Guide teams in selecting Fabric capabilities based on requirements.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and analytics solutions.
• Ensure trusted, reusable data products and enterprise analytics capabilities.
• Translate data strategies into actionable roadmaps and governance practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
