Job summary

Thakral One in the Philippines is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Lead Solution Architect to design an enterprise analytics platform built on Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, and Medallion patterns. You will drive architecture, data models, and Power BI reporting to deliver scalable, secure insights for business stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in data, analytics, or solution architecture, with strong Fabric and Azure experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or solution architecture.
Strong Microsoft Fabric and Azure experience.
Strong knowledge of Lakehouse and Medallion architecture.
Experience with semantic modelling and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Design Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture and Medallion data layers to support enterprise analytics requirements.
Define enterprise data models and semantic models that enable consistent and reliable reporting.
Lead Power BI architecture and reporting design to support business insights and decision‑making.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to data and analytics teams.
Establish architecture standards, governance principles, and best practices.
Support technical decision‑making, troubleshooting, and production deployment activities.
