Job summary

Adventus in the Philippines is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant / Project Manager to support the implementation across the group. You will serve as the link between the technical lead and end users in Finance, Operations, and other departments.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into functional specs, coordinating BC implementation, migration, testing and go-live, managing timelines, UAT, training, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting and/or Operations processes.
• Experience in Business Central implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams and experience in requirements gathering and project coordination.
• Experience with UAT, user training, and change management.
• Experience with SAP-to-Business Central migration is highly advantageous.
