Job summary

Good Neighbors is seeking a Wheels to Work Project Officer in Metro Manila to promote and implement the program, including beneficiary recruitment, loan assessment, processing, collection and documentation.

You will ensure proper loan utilization, sustain community partnerships, monitor market conditions, support development initiatives, train field staff and oversee portfolio management to ensure effective project implementation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Relevant experience in the same field is highly desirable.
• Work experience in an International NGO is an advantage.
• Strong discipline in loan processing, collection of payment and savings mobilization.
• Knowledgeable in group formation and community organizing.
• Able to conduct simple training for group strengthening.
• Leadership skills for staff management and community mobilization.
• Basic math and analytical skills to understand the story behind the numbers.
• Basic office management skill.
• Conduct of basic group operation and financial audit.
