Responsibilities

• Plan and implement community livelihood projects.
• Assist in informed decision-making for micro-finance needs.
• Review business plans of cooperatives and manage loan contracts.
• Enhance Microfinance processes through feasibility studies.
• Lead Microfinance Start-Up Operations in pilot areas.
• Provide guidance to field officers in product implementation.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation of micro-finance operations.
• Implement Social Performance Management System.
