Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound and outbound operations with forklift and reach truck handling. This role involves loading/unloading, put-away, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of MHE experience, a high school diploma, and be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime on-site. TESDA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• 1–2 years of forklift or similar MHE experience in a warehouse or manufacturing.
• Experience in distribution center operations preferred.
• TESDA forklift or warehouse certification is beneficial.
• Must be authorized to operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift.
• Willing to work on-site, physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other MHE to unload deliveries.
• Move goods from staging to storage and perform put-away.
• Support receiving verification and inventory accuracy.
• Carry out outbound picking, pallet movement, and loading.
• Report equipment issues and maintain 5S housekeeping and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and warehouse audits.
