Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines (Calabarzon) is seeking an MHE Operator to support warehousing operations, perform case-picking, and adhere to safety and quality SOPs.

You will maintain 5S in the assigned area, participate in daily handovers, CI ideas, and quarterly refresher training, with 1-2 years of warehousing experience and a forklift license. NITEC holders are welcome to apply; PPE and MHE handling are required.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education with 1–2 years of warehousing experience.
• NITEC holders are welcome to apply.
• Forklift license is required.
• Able to handle bulk items with PPE and MHE facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking case-pick orders across all shipments.
• Follow Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality SOPs.
• Meet Casepicking target productivity with SOP compliance.
• Maintain 5S in the assigned area.
• Perform tasks assigned by Supervisor and hit productivity targets.
• Attend Daily Shift Handover with Previous Shift.
• Attend daily Performance Dialogue and contribute CI ideas monthly.
