Job summary

Acquire.AI is hiring a Meta Performance Lead to build and lead its in-house Meta advertising function across Facebook and Instagram. You will own strategy, team leadership, testing direction, campaign performance, and profitable growth with a primary target of 3x+ ROAS based on funded revenue attributed to Meta advertising.

You will oversee strategy and leadership, campaign management and scaling, creative strategy, and rigorous measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Meta advertising experience.
• Experience managing at least $250,000 per month in Meta advertising spend.
• Strong lead generation and direct response advertising background.
• Must own an active Meta ad account in good standing.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from Eastwood office.
