HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS INC. is seeking a Digital Marketing specialist to manage Meta CPAS campaigns for Shopee and Lazada in a fast-paced team.

You will be responsible for campaign setup, linking accounts, and following platform guidelines to drive traffic and conversions. Responsibilities include daily performance monitoring, optimization of targeting and creatives, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure assets and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce media buying, specifically Meta CPAS campaigns.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a small, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Set up Meta CPAS Ads for Shopee and Lazada, linking ad accounts, business managers, and partner platforms.
• Follow campaign structure guidelines and best practices for Mega campaigns and monthly events.
• Monitor ad performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, bids, or placements to meet KPIs.
• Track results via Meta Ads Manager and Shopee/Lazada dashboards; flag issues early for resolution.
