Cooee Inc. in Iloilo City is seeking a Media Buying Specialist – Meta Ads & Creative to support media buying, design, and marketing content. You will collaborate with the Marketing Team and GM to turn ideas into campaigns and creative assets.

The role blends hands-on Meta Ads management with graphic design and short-form video editing for Australian markets, using Canva/Adobe tools and AI-assisted workflows. Onsite position in Iloilo.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design and short-form video editing experience.
• Hands-on experience running and optimising Meta Ads.
• Portfolio showing actual ads, social content, and ideally campaign results.
• Portfolio should feature real advertisements, not just logos.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe tools.
• Strong organisation and reliability; able to meet commitments.
• Clear written English with the confidence to communicate performance concerns.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch Meta lead campaigns following provided instructions.
• Present new campaigns to GM via Loom walkthrough.
• Monitor performance, pause underperforming ads, and adjust budgets.
• Flag issues and manage costs; coordinate with creative teams.
• Create and adapt graphic and video content for ads.
• Brief videographer for required footage.
• Record and report weekly content, ads, leads, and CPL.

About the role:

We are looking for a Media Buying Specialist – Meta Ads & Creative to support media buying, graphic design, video editing, and marketing activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Team and General Manager to turn their ideas into campaigns and creative content.

Our Australian partner designs, installs, and maintains electrical, security, and communications solutions.

What you’ll be working on:

Media Buying

• Set up and launch Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead campaigns using the General Manager's written instructions for audiences, budgets, placements, and lead forms.

• Present each new campaign to the General Manager through a short Loom walkthrough before launch.

• Monitor campaign performance, pause underperforming ads, and adjust budgets within approved limits.

• Flag rejected ads, increasing costs, and tracking issues early.

Graphic Design & Video

• Transform job site and footage into advertisements and social media content.

• Edit short-form videos with cuts, captions, music, and logos.

• Create before-and-after graphics, testimonials, carousels, and social posts.

• Prepare creative assets in 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.

• Maintain brand consistency using approved logos, colours, fonts, and authentic job site imagery.

• Use AI-assisted creative when fresh footage is unavailable, avoiding generic AI visuals.

• Brief the videographer before shoots to capture footage needed for advertisements.

Marketing Support

• Schedule weekly Facebook and Instagram content using the content calendar and plain Australian English captions.

• Update Perth and Geraldton Google Business Profiles with job and posts, and send customer review requests.

• Record online leads in HubSpot as deals, tagged by source and service.

• Maintain pinned testimonials, project walkthroughs, and team content.

• Submit weekly reports covering published and scheduled content, ad spend, leads, and cost per lead.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 - 4 years of graphic design and short-form video editing experience, with media buying experience ideally in Meta Ads.

• A portfolio featuring real advertisements and social content, not just logos.

• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, plus CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.

• Strong organisation, reliability, and ability to meet commitments without repeated follow-ups.

• Clear written English and confidence to communicate performance concerns.

• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, with willingness to learn more.

• Experience with trades, construction, home services, or Australian customers is an advantage.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or WordPress is a plus.
