Job summary

Prime@technology Specialist, Inc. in Makati, Metro Manila, is seeking a Training and Operations Specialist to drive merchant acceptance and operational readiness through store trainings, mystery shopper activities, and memos.

You will conduct basic and intermediate training for merchant stakeholders, including head office teams, cluster managers, store heads, and supervisors, and prepare related performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Distribution of acceptance manuals and store collaterals/stickers
• Conduct basic and intermediate training for merchant stakeholders, including:
  • Head office teams
  • Cluster managers
  • Store/branch heads
  • Cashier supervisors and managers
• Prepare operational reports and analysis related to:
  • Acceptance performance
  • Merchant operations activities

Skills and Qualifications
