You will conduct basic and intermediate training for merchant stakeholders, prepare operational reports on acceptance performance, and help maintain strong merchant relationships across locations. Strong MS Office skills and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly: Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist the Merchant Operations Lead, Merchant Support, Business Development, and Relationship Managers to ensure stable and efficient merchant operations.
• Support merchant onboarding and training to enhance store readiness and customer redemption experience.
• Conduct basic and intermediate training for merchant stakeholders, including head office teams, cluster managers, store heads, and cashier supervisors.
• Prepare operational reports and analyses related to acceptance performance and merchant operations activities.
