Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Merchant Operations Lead, Merchant Support, Business Development, and Relationship Managers to ensure stable and efficient merchant operations.
• Support merchant onboarding and training to enhance store readiness and customer redemption experience.
• Conduct basic and intermediate training for merchant stakeholders, including head office teams, cluster managers, store heads, and cashier supervisors.
• Prepare operational reports and analyses related to acceptance performance and merchant operations activities.

The Merchants Support Staff assists the Merchant Operations Lead, Merchant Support, Business Development, and Relationship Managers in ensuring stable and efficient merchant operations, seamless customer redemption experience, strong merchant relationships, and reliable product acceptance across merchant locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acceptance and operational readiness through:
• Store acceptance training
• Mystery buyer activities
• Acceptance memo validation
• Distribution of acceptance manuals and store collaterals/stickers
• Conduct basic and intermediate training for merchant stakeholders, including:
• Head office teams
• Cluster managers
• Store/branch heads
• Cashier supervisors and managers
• Prepare operational reports and analysis related to:
• Acceptance performance
• Merchant operations activities
