Job summary

Auctane in Manila is seeking an Associate Implementation Manager to accelerate onboarding for new merchants and tailor solutions using our shipping software. You will manage timelines, train users, configure accounts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in technical support, customer service, or onboarding.
• Sales/discovery experience with a consultative onboarding approach.
• Basic technical understanding to guide platform configurations.
• Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or SaaS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support merchants through the implementation process within defined timelines.
• Deliver structured onboarding sessions to ensure merchants can activate successfully.
• Assist in configuring accounts, stores, carriers, automation rules, and other key features.
• Maintain clear communication and project management to meet go-live dates.
• Maintain expert product knowledge, including technical integrations, configuration rules, API capabilities, and overall system architecture.
• Participate in outbound call campaigns for Implementation and Customer Support as required by customer and business needs.
