Job summary

Skyro is seeking a dynamic sales professional to acquire and onboard SME merchants, growing Skyro's online merchant network in the Philippines. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to implementation of marketing programs and contract execution.

You will build strong relationships with merchant partners, conduct client presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive onboarding and business improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Retail, Brand or Electronics sectors.
• Comfortable presenting to clients face-to-face and virtually.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard SME merchants to grow Skyro's online merchant network.
• Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client presentations, negotiations and marketing program implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchant partners.
• Develop rapport with key merchant stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Track opportunities, inquiries and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and business improvements.
• Participate in business meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Provide merchant aftersales support for a positive partner experience.
• Help drive ongoing growth of Skyro's online business.
