Job summary

Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser/Field Supervisor to oversee merchandising activities, ensure optimal product displays, and maintain planogram compliance across assigned stores.

You will conduct regular store visits, coordinate with sales and marketing, monitor inventory, and prepare performance reports while guiding merchandising staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of merchandising, retail, sales, or related field experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, product displays, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and fieldwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
