Responsibilities

• Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end OTB, assortment planning, including range architecture and pricing strategy.
• Analyse sales performance and customer behaviour to optimise product mix.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and supply chain teams for product delivery.
• Own buy planning and inventory allocation across channels.
• Drive demand forecasting and inventory management.
