Job summary

iMAZ Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support premium and corporate accounts and pop-up events, handling product coordination, sourcing, ordering, and event merchandise from planning to execution.

You will coordinate merchandise needs, source from local and international suppliers, request quotations, prepare catalogues and line sheets, and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, retail, or related field.
• 1–3 years of merchandising/retail experience.
• Experience with premium/corporate merchandise or pop-up events is a plus.
• Experience working with local and international suppliers is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Odoo or other ERP experience is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple products, suppliers, and deadlines.
• Amenable working onsite Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise requirements for premium/corporate clients and pop-up events.
• Source products from local and international suppliers.
• Request quotations, samples, product details, and lead times.
• Prepare product catalogues, line sheets, and product proposals.
• Coordinate product orders, production, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory and product availability for events and client requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams.
• Assist in preparing and organizing merchandise for pop-up events and activations.
• Track orders and update product information in Odoo.
• Ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
