We are hiring a Merchandising Coordinator to work closely with our Buying team and support day-to-day management of our product assortment—from planning and production through purchasing, inventory, and marketplace execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, assistant buying, product coordination, retail operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with product assortments and SKU-level data.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Experience in fashion/apparel or retail merchandising is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support buyers with assortment planning, buying plans, purchase orders, and product launches.
• Maintain accurate product information throughout the product lifecycle.
• Track products from initial planning through production, purchasing, receipt, and inventory availability.
• Assist with analyzing sales, inventory, and product data to support buying decisions.
• Help maintain seasonal assortments and ensure products are properly organized by style, color, size, and other attributes.
• Monitor product costs, MSRP, pricing, and other key product information.
