Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a data-driven Merchandising Support Services Manager to lead analytics, optimize supplier funding and non-trade income, and strengthen vendor partnerships across Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and IT.

You will develop dynamic dashboards, monitor KPIs, and empower commercial teams with insights to drive sales growth and margin improvements. The role also involves governance, mentoring the analytics team, and delivering data-backed recommendations that

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in analytics or IT-related field; strong sales analytics experience encouraged.
4 to 5 years progressive experience in retail analytics, BI, merchandising support, or commercial operations.
Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools including Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
Strong command of retail merchandising metrics, sales reporting, inventory management, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead merchandising analytics & insights to forecast opportunities and drive decisions.
Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, KPI tools, and executive presentations in close partnership with IT.
Optimize Other Income, evaluate supplier agreements, and track ROI of merchandising programs.
Lead and upskill the analytics team, establish data governance, ensure data accuracy and integrity.
