Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Merchandiser/Meat Cutter for a full-time role in Malolos City, Bulacan. You will prepare, cut, display, and sell high-quality meat products while upholding hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.

You will work in a dynamic retail team, ensuring efficient department operations, engaging with customers, and maintaining safe handling practices across the meat area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar food preparation role within a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat quality standards.
• Proficiency in using meat cutting equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications and company standards using appropriate tools and techniques
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards in the meat preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Display meat products attractively in refrigerated cases, ensuring proper rotation and stock management
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide knowledgeable recommendations on meat selection and preparation
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
• Price and label meat products accurately and in accordance with company guidelines
• Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the meat department and surrounding retail areas

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Merchandiser/Meat Cutter to join the Art Fresh team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Malolos City, Bulacan. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, displaying, and selling high-quality meat products whilst maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service. You will be a key member of our retail team, ensuring that our meat department operates efficiently and meets the needs of our valued customers.

• Relevant certifications or training in food handling and meat preparation (preferred)
