Inventory Management: Ensure that construction materials are properly stocked and displayed according to the sales floor plan. Keep track of product availability and coordinate reorders when stock runs low.
Product Display: Create visually appealing product displays that effectively showcase the materials and enhance customer engagement. Ensure materials are organized by categories for easy access.
Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting appropriate construction materials, providing product knowledge and advice on materials that meet their specific needs.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products. Conduct research on new construction materials to help the company stay competitive in the market.
Vendor Relations: Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, track product performance, and resolve any inventory or delivery issues.
Product Promotion: Assist in marketing initiatives for construction materials, including in-store promotions, catalogs, and special offers.
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
