• Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Physical capability to lift, carry and arrange merchandise regularly.
• Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer behaviour patterns.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and display products in retail environments to attract customer attention and maximise visibility

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure product availability

• Monitor product placement and compliance with merchandising standards and company guidelines

• Build and maintain attractive point-of-sale displays and promotional materials

• Work collaboratively with store management and sales teams to achieve sales targets and promotional objectives

• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improved product positioning

• Ensure all merchandised areas are clean, well-organised and meet quality standards
