• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of merchandising experience, preferably in retail, private label, or FMCG.
• Experience or background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
