Job summary

NEWCORE INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. is seeking a results-driven MEPF Sales Engineer in Metro Manila to translate client requirements into actionable engineering solutions.

You will review drawings, propose suitable MEPF systems, and support the proposal process with cost estimates and technical presentations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years in MEPF or related industries, and strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in MEPF, technical sales, engineering sales, construction, fit-out, or related industries.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MEPF systems, building services, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of project costing, quotations, and material selection.
• Experience in client coordination, sales support, or technical proposal preparation is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Experience in commercial construction, corporate fit-out, HVAC, or design-build projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
• Recommend suitable MEPF systems, materials, and equipment based on project needs and budget.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with Business Development and technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and technical discussions to explain proposed solutions.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide clarifications during the sales and bidding process.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Quantity Surveying teams regarding material specifications and project costs.
• Identify alternative materials, systems, and solutions to improve cost efficiency and project performance.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to help ensure proposed solutions are feasible.
• Collaborate with Creative, Trade, FF&E, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, and Operations teams to support project proposals.
