Job summary

Talentmate in Padre Garcia, Batangas is seeking a Project Engineer - MEPFS to lead reviews, coordinate with trade contractors, and ensure timely, quality MEPF installations across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and site utilities. The role involves documentation, site inspections, and weekly coordination meetings with owners and management.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Professional license is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned/relocate within Padre Garcia, Batangas.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Reviews consolidated MEPF shop drawings before submittal to the designer.
• Reviews structural drawings before submittal to determine conflicts with MEPF installations.
• Reviews architectural drawings before submittal to determine conflicts with MEPF installations.
• Leads plan review with MEPF Trade Contractors and Management to expedite the approval of drawings and to prevent delays in structural and architectural works.
• MEPF Trade Contractors' activities should be monitored and updated to our team daily.
• Coordinate completed structural/architectural works for MEPF Trade Contractors to proceed with installations.
• Attends weekly meetings with Owners, Management, and Contractors to discuss all concerns with MEPF Contractors.
• Communicates progress and prepares appropriate reports as needed and requested.
• Documents all reworks and charges.
• Computes MEPF Trade Contractors' utility bills.
• Oversees MEPF service installation under Civil Contractor scope of works and closes inspections for MEPF installations.
• Takes overall responsibility for performance and quality control of all MEPF trades (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Site Utilities, Fire Protection).
