Job summary

Workswell Enterprises Inc. seeks a managerial professional to create and lead an Interior Fit/ Renovations team for mall projects. The project sites will be located across Luzon, with lodging and allowances provided for provincial assignments.

Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, energy, enthusiasm, and effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of Electrical and Aircon fundamentals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams for construction or renovation projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solving and decision making in dynamic site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Interior Fit/ Renovation team for mall projects.
• Coordinate with Mall Administration, City Hall Engineering Office, and Renovations Team.
• Provide daily reports and document progress.
• Forecast materials and define implementation methods.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure workflow and material availability.

Job description

KEY ROLE:

This is a managerial role. You are expected to CREATE and LEAD a team for Interior Fit Our Renovations inside the Malls. Project site will be found in the different location in Luzon. Hence, you may be assigned in provincial sites (Lodging and allowances will be provided)

We will be looking into 3 qualities. 1.) How rich your previous work experience, 2.) Energy and Enthusiastic outlook and 3.) Efficiency in your decision making and problem solving skills.

It's a plus if you know the fundamentals of Electrical and Aircon Works.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Leader
• Constant coordination with the 3 parties: Mall Administration, Cityhall Engineering Office and Workswell Renovations Team (The tier: Architect, Purchaser and Project Head)
• Daily Reporting
• Solve problems encountered
• Forecasting of Materials and Methodology
• Documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and material availability
