Job summary

International Pharmaceuticals, Incorporated is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection works on our project sites in the Philippines. The role requires reading and interpreting drawings, applying specifications, and ensuring quality and safety to meet project timelines.

Ideal candidates will have a background in construction and project management, with supervisory experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Oversee ME, PL, FP works on site.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings and specs.
• Review design evaluations and quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections, monitoring and reporting.
• Document site progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Provide supervision for field personnel and subcontractors.
