MEPF Coordinator – NCR and Provincial

Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to oversee MEPF services on site in Manila and nearby provinces. You will coordinate clearances, conduct inspections with QA/QC and Project Management Inspectors, and advise the construction team to ensure compliance and quality.

The role requires 1–2 years in construction, board passer is preferred, and incumbents will be based in NCR with provincial assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (board passer preferred).
• 1–2 years of work experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MEPF services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure, through inspection with the Project Management Inspector, and provide technical advice to the construction team.
• Carry out site walks and inspection for service installation, identify poor quality elements and advise construction team.
• Inspect MEPF Contractor materials with QA/QC and Project Management Inspectors.
• Close out all MEPF Site Instructions (SI), Non-Compliance Reports (NCR), Project Manager’s Instructions (PMI), Work Requests (WR), Inspection Requests (IR), Tests, etc.
• Inspect concealed MEPF service installation prior to closure of void/riser with QA/QC and consultant sign-off.
• Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department.

REQUIREMENTS:

• With Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferably board passer);
• With at least 1 to 2 years work experience in Construction Industry;
• Will be based in NCR and Provincial assignment;
