Artelia Philippines is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit, with focus on MEP systems for diverse projects. You will deliver construction documents, coordinate with disciplines, and support clash detection and data management in ACC.

The role offers hybrid work setup, exposure to local and international projects, and collaboration with experienced engineers across mobility, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years BIM modeling and construction documentation experience focused on MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models in Revit according to project standards.
• Deliver construction documentation and drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Perform model reviews and quality checks.
• Manage BIM data and file exchanges via ACC.
• Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers.
