Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience in residential property handling HVAC and fire protection system.

Responsibilities

• Handles both Construction Management and contractors in project execution related to MEPF.
• Reviews plans and identifies possible problems/ clashes before they arise.
• Coordinates with on-site team and design team based in satellite office.
• Coordinates with MEPFS consultants should the need arise.
• Undertake feasibility studies and investigative reports of possible/change orders in coordination with QS team.
