Job summary

The Shopping Center Management Corporation seeks a Facilities Manager responsible for supervising mall equipment operations (MEPFS) to ensure safe, efficient utilities and compliance with government standards.

You will plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS systems, coordinate with contractors, monitor water and power usage, and support tenant coordination while promoting safety and ongoing training.

• Review MEPFS plans with tenants; conduct inspections and address service concerns.
• Enforce safety standards and promote ongoing training and professional development.
