Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a seasoned BIM Modeler (MEPF) to develop and coordinate accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for MEPF systems, collaborating with engineers and designers to meet BIM standards and project requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD, knowledge of MEPF concepts, and the ability to support model coordination, clash detection, and project documentation. This is a full-time position based in Makati.

Qualifications

Create and maintain MEPF 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
Report to the Team Leader based in the Philippines for task assignment and progress reports.
Cross-deployment is not encouraged for the initial stage of employment.
At least 5+ years of BIM/CAD MEPF project experience.
Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
Experienced with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
Knowledgeable about MicroStation; Bentley suite is a plus.
Familiar with DPWH bridge detailing procedures is preferred.
Strong computer skills including MS Office and Bluebeam.
Able to work full-time in the Makati office and willing to work overtime if necessary.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain MEPF 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
Support model coordination, clash detection, drawing production, and project documentation.
