Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care and mental health assessments for clients.
• Prescribe medications within scope and coordinate with physicians.
• Travel within York Region & South Simcoe for training, meetings and client visits.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
