Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Strong skills in patient education, health promotion, and chronic disease management in telehealth settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, telehealth platforms, scheduling, documentation, and secure communication.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams while working independently in remote environments.
• Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and patient safety adherence to guidelines.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and national certification; eligibility to practice in Georgia or relevant states.
• Graduate degree from an accredited NP program with required clinical training hours.
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, or telehealth practice; hospital-affiliated setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and obtain medical histories.
