Anytime Fitness – XR&J Fitness Corp. in Cebu City is seeking a Membership Sales Manager to drive membership growth and promote the brand locally. You will lead a sales team, conduct consultations, and build relationships with prospective and current members.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and carry out sales strategies to grow membership and hit sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members through excellent communication and service.
• Conduct sales consultations and club tours that show the benefits of joining.
• Promote the club through social media, local events, and community partnerships.
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to reach individual and team goals.
• Track and analyze membership data to spot trends and opportunities.
• Work with other departments to deliver a seamless member experience and improve retention.
• Keep up with industry trends and competitors to sharpen sales tactics.
