FELCRIS HOTELS AND RESORTS CORPORATION is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (MEFPS) to prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and optimize costs for MEFPS projects. The role requires directing bidding and procurement, reviewing contractor submissions, and administering contracts to ensure budget compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of MEFPS experience, with strong Excel and estimation software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or commercial management specializing in MEFPS trades.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation software.
• Strong ability to interpret Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary drawings.
• Knowledge of MEP construction contracts, procurement processes, and current market pricing for MEFPS equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
• Perform value engineering and cost optimization.
• Manage bidding and procurement activities for MEFPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing/Sanitary) works.
• Review contractor billings and evaluate variation orders.
• Administer contracts and monitor Owner-Supplied Materials (OSM).
• Track project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare final cost reports upon project completion.
