• Securing treatment authorization
• Submitting claims and responding to claim denials and resolving EOB issues
• Identifying and solving common billing issues
• Managing patient calls: inquiries, scheduling, taking pre‑exam histories, confirming appointments, and transferring calls to other staff
• Processing mail by posting it to the EHR and coordinating follow‑ups

The Medical Virtual Assistant is responsible for the delivery of services or projects as contracted by the Client. The services or projects include scheduling and calendar management, verification of insurance coverage and benefits, and dealing with correspondences of the Clinic.
