IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc. seeks a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to expand the customer base for medical equipment and consumables.

You will help manage key accounts, deliver product demonstrations, and coordinate training with the Product Management team in Metro Manila. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–8 years in healthcare sales, strong English and Filipino communication, and willingness to travel within priority areas.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• 3–8 years in Sales & Marketing in Healthcare or Biomedical Engineering.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to traveling around priority areas of assignment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Input leads in SPARKS app and update status timely.
• Provide timely support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate product demos and customer trainings with Product Management.
• Submit required admin paperwork promptly.
• Attend weekend/evening trade shows or meetings as needed.
• Learn new product features and services offered by the company.

This position is responsible for providing awareness, distribution, and continuous medical education regarding medical equipment and consumable products to all stakeholders of IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and managing the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
• Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Actively developing new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.
• Proactively identify opportunities/new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
• Apply SPARKS methodology meticulously and timely input and update status of all leads in SPARKS app.
• Provide timely support to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer's credit and payment data to manage purchase orders.
• Work closely with Product Management team to organize product demo and facilitate customer training.
• Prepare regular reports, call plans, customer visit schedule as required by team Manager.
• Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation are a must.
• Submit any required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Proactively learning features of new products and understand new service offering developed by the Company.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

Minimum Requirements

• The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 8 years working experience in Sales & Marketing role in the Healthcare industry or Biomedical Engineering field.
• Highly independent and motivated with the commitment to reach sales targets.
• Knowledgeable about government bidding.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to traveling around our priority areas of assignment.
• Adept in MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
• Required languages: English and Filipino.
