Private Advertiser is hiring for a high-performance sales role focused on converting complex dental cases into confirmed bookings. The role requires long sales cycles, trust-based selling, and ensuring patients show up, with a fully remote setup and weekend shifts.

Compensation combines a fixed USD salary with commissions and incentives for top performers. You will manage end-to-end high-ticket sales, maintain CRM rigor, and participate in coaching and team reviews while targeting international

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, travel or remote B2C sales.
• Proven experience closing $3,000+ ticket deals.
• Comfortable handling long-cycle sales.
• Disciplined follow-up execution.
• Resilient under rejection and objections.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound high-value leads into qualified, deposit-ready bookings.
• Execute structured follow-up sequences with minimum required touchpoints.
• Handle objections around price, travel, fear, and clinic credibility.
• Position treatment packages, brochures, and custom quotes professionally.
• Drive patient commitment toward deposit and confirmed attendance.
• Maintain consistent follow-up across sales cycles and recycle dormant big-ticket leads strategically.
• Validate treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline commitment before booking confirmation.
• Proactively manage pre-VIP communication and confirm travel details, deposits, and readiness.
• Maintain 95%+ CRM accuracy and track every stage: Lead -> Contact -> Qualified -> Booked -> Attended.
• Join coaching sessions, performance reviews, and weekly team syncs.

This is long follow-up cycles, emotional trust-based selling, high-ticket consultation sales, travel-readiness qualification, and attendance-driven execution. You will be responsible not just for booking - but for ensuring patients SHOW UP.

About you

• More than 5 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, travel or remote B2C sales
• Proven experience closing $3,000+ ticket deals
• Comfortable handling long-cycle sales
• Disciplined follow-up executor
• Resilient under rejection and objections
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Confident using CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and multitasking across tools (chat, phone, email)
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and flexible shifts
• Reliable, organized, and proactive in a fully remote setup
• Medical or dental tourism experience strongly preferred
